The Area
Combe Martin is a resort on the North Devon coast situated in a sheltered valley on the western fringe of the Exmoor National Park. The village is located close to some of the most stunning coastal scenery in the area, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). There are spectacular views across the bay to dramatic headlands beyond and the small, peaceful cove has changed little over the years.

Combe Martin Bay offers a safe place for many activities and all ages. With some of the best rock pools in the area, there’s lots to discover on the beach. You can hire kayaks and paddle boards in the village, exploring in the safe water of the bay. Sea fishing is also popular from the bay, with course fishing nearby too. There’s an informative museumhighlighting the village’s heritage. And of course, you can just relax in the sun on the beach and watch the sun go down over the horizon in the evening.
