Despite the UK National lockdown the property industry has remained open. Therefore viewings to our developments can carry on. Before any viewing we will ask you to fill out a site declaration form which will include a declaration that you or anyone else you have been in contact with within the last 10 days has not experienced any Covid symptoms. 

 

If you would prefer we can carry out an online viewing by video call but we appreciate buying off plan a view of the development and surrounding area is helpful. 

 

If you have to travel to view our developments, you can do so under government guidelines as long as you have proof of your appointment. Once we have confirmed your appointment viewing for our development you will automatically receive an email from us with the date and time and the name of the development your viewing is booked for. We would suggest keeping this email to hand should it be required during your travel. 

 

We will continue to observe government guidelines to social distancing during the viewing and if you are to enter an enclosed space on our development you and our sales representative will be required to wear a face covering.
