Andy Joined Poltair Homes in 2012 and is responsible for all the companies scheme designs. Andy works closely with architects leading the design and ensuring every home we design build fits with our prestige ethos. Andy is also responsible for our corporate image and general brand awareness.

 

Andy graduated from Liverpool John Moores university in 2005 with a Bsc Hons Degree, where he went on to join a Property Development / Construction company located in North Devon. Andy was responsible for the company’s corporate marketing and on site sales and marketing activities.

The company specialised in the refurbishment of large hotels into high quality luxury homes. Andy had sole responsibility for the sales and marketing operation for a large Victorian Hotel, located in Ilfracombe, North Devon which with the company they converted into 14 luxury apartments. The renovation of the dilapidated building took approximately 3 years with the total cost of the development reaching around £3.5m. The prices achieved at this development set benchmark standards for the town. Andy was responsible for the previous market appraisal of this development and was involved with the developments design and felt strong that the prices that could be achieved were more of a premium than the local agents had indicated. Marketing commenced on the development in October 2007, right when the recession started to take grip and the building was still merely a shell with very little to see for prospective purchasers. 7 of the 14 properties were reserved within 3 weeks of launching the sales operation with the final property sale in late 2008.
