Neil joined Poltair Homes in 2018 following a long career in the property industry.  He has a Degree in Land Management and a post graduate diploma in surveying and lives in Launceston in Cornwall.

 

His career in property started when he left university in 1997 and joined a corporate estate agency group in the south east, after a successful career in the SE he moved to Cornwall specialising in farm sales, as the property market stumbled he chose to move to work in the affordable housing development sector. 

 

Working for one of the largest Housing Associations Neil established himself as an extremely successful development manager delivering over 1000 affordable homes throughout Devon and Cornwall.

 

Neil is Poltair Homes development director and his main focus is to identify and secure land and manage the development of schemes from inception to handover to our customers.

 

Having given up golf as ‘too hard’ Neil spends most of his spare time trying to keep his two teenaged daughters and badly-behaved Westie’s in line.
